Oatmeal Cake
1 c quick oats 2 eggs
1 1/2 C. boiling water 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter, melted 1 tsp soda
1 c. Brown Sugar  1 tsp. Vanilla
 1 c sugar  1 1/2 C flour

Mix oats, water, and butter and pour over remaining ingredients.  Bake at 350
