Toni's Italian Quiche
Italian Quiche (from our niece Toni)
 
1 link of mild or hot Italian sausage to your taste
3 eggs
1 cup cream
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 heapening (as Luigi would say) tablespoon of
   Scaffetta's Italian Seasoning mix
1 pie crust.
 
Cook sausage and dice into small pieces and crumble into the bottom
of the pie crust. Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients stirring well. Pour
mixture into crust and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until set and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
