Nicoli's was opened in 1994 and was owned and operated by Nicholas and Cindy Scaffetta until March 26, 2011.  Nicholas began cooking in his parents restaurant, Luigi's, in 1951 in Chickasha, Oklahoma and we still pride ourselves on the fine cuisine and attentive service our customers have been accustomed to for over 59 years. We still bring our family recipe sauces and seasoning mixes to your table for your family's enjoyment.
