
Nicola (Pa) Luigi Scaffetta was born and raised in the Abruzzi region of Italy, in the village of Vasto and came to the United States as a young man in the early 1900's. Like so many other Italian immigrants, all he brought with him were a few belongings, his family recipes and the desire to raise a family in America. He passed his recipes down to his son Luigi and his wife Glennis who opened Luigi's Restaurant in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Luigi in turn passed the recipes on to his son, Nicholas, who with his wife Cindy now own and operate Nicoli's Italian-American Steakhouse near Anadarko, Oklahoma. We still use the same recipes brought here by Nicola and now offer them to you and your family. Our recipes are made from all natural ingredients with NO preservatives added. Try our thick, rich, pasta sauce, decadent Alfredo sauce or tangy Italian salad dressing and you will discover the incredible tastes the Scaffetta family has known for so many years.
